for sure in person because its hard to read people over the phone and get a real sense of their emotion or sencerity. When a girl told me my ex cheated on me with her i spoke to him in person and then when i was with him i called her on the phone and had her on speaker say everything they did to see how he would act. He denied it both to me and with her on the phone, needless to say later on i found concrete proof in the form of a photo. I would talk to him alone first then based on how he acts you can decide if its necessary to bring her into it as well.

You need to talk to him about it, because whether he is cheating or not he was in public showing affection to another girl & it has obviously hurt you. I’ve been cheated on before and it is the worst feeling in the world, and you certainly do NOT deserve to go through this. Any guy worth your time won’t cheat on you, or make you feel inferior to any other girl. So tell him what you saw and she what he has to say about it, best case senario he is honest and caring about it. But in my experience if he gets angry or impatient that your bringing it up and “accusing” him then hes guilty and not worth your time. I hope this helps, what you do is up to you but always follow your instincts and do what makes you happy. :)
